I graduated from Anderson University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a clinical concentration. I continued my studies at Clemson University, where I earned my Master’s in Counselor Education with a clinical mental health concentration and worked at a local nonprofit. Since then, I have worked with clients navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, career, and more.
I also have a passion for helping first responders, other helping professionals, and loved ones of these helping professionals. The name of my practice was created out of honor for the fire service, while also being a representation of the spark and courage it takes to ignite change.
In my free time, you can find me caring for my backyard chickens, checking out a new restaurant, going to group work out classes, and spending time with my dog, Childers.
